Located between a subway line and the Atlantic Ocean along the Rockaway Peninsula in Queens, Arverne occupies a unique location. EE&K designed a transit-oriented development that capitalizes on Arverne’s proximity to both the subway and the sea.

The plan proposes housing, retail, and many public amenities throughout the 100-acre site, all positioned within walkable neighborhoods. A variety of housing types will offer ocean views and easy access to the beach and to public transportation.
