EE&K provided complete architectural services for this 28-story apartment tower in Battery Park City-the first high-rise residential property to be developed on West Street in the south cove area. Liberty View was designed within the guidelines established in the master plan for Battery Park City, and it accordingly respects the civic and pedestrian scale of its surroundings.

Although Liberty View utilizes standard building components, its sensitive use of color and accented materials creates a highly distinctive residence, with apartments oriented to take advantage of the spectacular views of the Hudson River and the Statue of Liberty.
